“Hi, my name is Jim Alvey, and I am running to represent our community in the Utah State House. I am a lifelong resident of Ogden. I was born in the old Dee Hospital and grew up right on Harrison Boulevard. I attended and graduated from Weber State College. I have lived in District 10 my entire life. It’s where we have raised our six boys, built a small business, and served my church and community. I care deeply about the future of our state and district. I am running to create a better future for our children and grandchildren.
